• Temporary SMS / OTP Numbers — virtual phone numbers for receiving one-time passwords and verification codes
• eSIM Plans — data connectivity solutions for international travel and use

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Payments and Billing

All services are prepaid. Funds must be added to your account balance before placing orders. We accept payments via the gateways listed on our platform. All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

Refunds for unfulfilled or partially fulfilled orders are credited back to your account balance. We do not issue cash refunds to the original payment method. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the order date via our support system.
